My kids and I go to Brightworks Dentistry and really like it. Everyone is really nice and the place is really clean. My 10 year old needed a tooth pulled and they took time to explain what they were doing each step to calm his fears. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them for all ages!

From the beginning I had excellent customer service. When I first got there I was able to go straight to the back. They were so accommodating and made me feel at ease. After my assessment, the dentist answered all of my questions and came up with the perfect treatment plan. I highly recommend 😊

I had the most amazing experience at Brightworks!!! I came in originally for a Botox consultation! I’ve never had it before but the staff was so kind and explained everything in detail and answered any questions I had. I came back to get the Botox done, and I absolutely loved the results!! Dr. Robbins is the best! I came back in for a follow up appointment and wanted to also schedule a cleaning, they got me in the same day!!! Everyone in this office is so warm, welcoming and knowledgeable! If I could give 10 stars I would!
I had the greatest experience ever at a dentist office. I hadn’t been to a dentist in years because I have always been afraid to go and especially when they said I needed a root canal.. absolutely not; I went in my early years, the dentist started the root canal and the pain was unbearable, I never returned for it to be completed well skipping 30years later I need a root canal and I was so terrified but the pain I was having I had to go in.. sitting in the chair listening to the doctor tell me about what’s going to go on and in my head I am very scared I’m holding on to the sides of the chair for dear life and he starts and I’m not feeling anything, the pain is gone, he is done I am at a lost for words.. what.. what do he mean I ask the dental assistant he’s done? I didn’t feel anything absolutely no pain at all not even when he said I’m about to numb the area..where was the big stick from the needle? I saw it in his hand but didn’t feel it even the dental assistant; Kayla was very skilled and told me everything she was doing and molded my crown and still no pain. So you mean to tell me after all of these years I’ve been afraid to go to a Dentist when it was just the Dentist I went too (which I tried about three different ones) this Dentist was Amazing and spoke with such kindness confidence and all with a smile. Yes i will go to the Dentist anytime that i need to now… but only to him..so to everyone out there that want a mesmerizing Dental experience please go see Dr. Shurley. You will not be disappointed. And his smile isn’t bad to look at either 😉

Huge shout out and major thank you to Dr. Shurley, Kayla, Lola, and Jasmaine!!! I am going to start this review by emphasizing that I am a huge WUSS when it comes to going to the dentist! I do my best to take great care of my dental hygiene at home so I don’t ever have to go; but unfortunately I had a tooth emergency and had to find a good dentist as fast as possible! I was recommended to Brightworks by my husband’s coworker and it was the BEST dental experience I have ever had in my LIFE! If I could give a thousand stars I would!! I walked into my appointment absolutely terrified of what was to come but Dr. Shurley & Kayla put me at ease almost immediately. They were so patient with answering my multitude of questions and concerns, they took their time explaining each thing they were doing to my teeth as they were working on them, and most importantly: they NEVER made me feel like I was a burden or annoying to work with. They saw the big crybaby that I was and worked with me to give me the best experience and now, for the first time ever, I am actually excited about going back to the dentist for my follow-up appointment! Dr. Shurley & Kayla were SO gentle and amazing that I literally fell asleep in the dental chair… TWICE! Jasmaine was incredible at keeping me informed and up to date with everything before I even set foot into their office; and she even followed up with me the next day to see how I was feeling and if I needed anything. She answered my questions before I even asked them and I can’t thank her enough, because she answered questions I didn’t even know I had! Because this was an emergency, I was not fully prepared for the cost; but Lola was phenomenal at walking me through the different payment and financing options available. She really helped put my husband and I at ease with her patience in explaining everything and she really made us feel like she cared that the option we chose was the best one for us. Absolutely phenomenal, stellar, SUPER STAR team at Brightworks! If you’re a big crybaby at the dentist like me, then this is THE place for you!

My daughter had to get 4 baby teeth pulled and we could not have had a better experience at Brightworks Dentistry! My daughter was crying with anxiety and out came Kim who did a phenomenal job distracting my daughter and coaching her through the process. She kept my daughter smiling! It was a long and challenging process. Over about a year of work or so I got 24 crowns and 2 bridges and there was chance I would need gum surgery to expose more of lower teeth for those crowns. Fortunately that wasn’t needed. Dr. Shurley and his team of very nice and professional assistants did great work and I am very pleased with the outcome. This was a major investment for me, more than I had hoped to spend, but the care and the work were top notch. Dr. Shurley was thorough in developing and preparing treatment plan using what sure seemed to me to be state of the art technology and equipment. Dr. Shurley explained plan and timing to me with patience and helped me make choices and decisions where there were options. The plan was carried out in many phases given amount of work. Dr. Shurley accommodated my schedule as needed and even did some work on couple of days they were not open to deal with unexpected issues that popped up a few times. That was much appreciated. The work was carried out without much pain and Dr. Shurley and other staff followed up always after work was done to check on me. Overall, I am very satisfied . Thank you.

I have only wonderful things to say about Brightworks Dentistry. Their experience and use of advanced dental technology far outshines any other Dentistry firm in my experience. My entire family's experience has been exceptional. A special shout-out to our hygienist, Deborah. I have been seeing Deborah for my dental hygienist needs for 20+ years. Only her retirement would incent me to find another practitioner. I will not book any of my 4x yearly appointments with anyone else. She is very talented, extremely precise, and careful with her craft. I have never left an appointment with discomfort and always enjoy her personality. I also want to express my heartfelt appreciation for Brightwork's Patrice Robbins. She is incredibly knowledgeable, highly talented, and a joy of a doctor. Her work (and general patient care) is superb. Another positive review point is Brightwork's front desk personnel. They are very professional and friendly. My experience has been they are willing to go the extra mile in any support needs their clients request.
Today was my first time at Brightworks Dentistry and my experience was top tier. Erin at the front desk, was helpful from day one of me setting my appointment and greeting me once I came in. I met with Grace and she was such a please to say the least. She educated me on dental health and maintaining it. As well as just making my experience comfortable. Grace definitely set the tone for me, as I moved out the Dunwoody area but will be traveling back just because my experience was so wonderful.

This has been one of the best experiences I've had in my adult life with a dentist's office. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist just do to previous experiences but their staff is awesome (everyone at the front desk, hygienists and the dentist) and patient with people like me who are immediately anxious as soon as they arrive. I had to get a good bit of dental work done and their kindness helped me stick with the plan. Additionally, they found a great solution to help me with my upcoming wedding, which shows how much they actually care and is much appreciated on my end. Dr. Shirley is awesome and so is Erin (and not just because we have the same name)! I'd recommend them to anyone.

Grace, OMG Grace is the absolute best dental hygienist I’ve ever experienced! She is smart, easy to talk to, SHE LISTENS!!!! Dr. Patel, he looks as if he’s 22 years old but he is so intentional and informed. He will be my dentist as long as I live in GA. Actually the entire staff is professional, respectful, and welcoming. Because of Grace and her premium skills and calming communication…. I will stay with Brightworks. Finding an oral health provider that can be trusted is worth every tooth in my head. My whole family has gone here for over 13 years and their office has only gotten better. All of the staff are super caring and compassionate. I had a gum scaling done here recently and everyone made sure I was as comfortable as possible through the whole process, including giving me a blanket during the procedure! They calmed all my anxieties about the process

What I can say, Deb is AWESOME! Deb was my hygienist and was so pleasant and thorough and answered all my 1000s of questions. Dr. Robbins completed my exam, and she answered even more of my questions and even taught me how to help prevent some issues I was having, we know medical/dental care can very expensive. Extremely grateful for the time they both took to look me over and make me feel like I was important and the only patient they had, these things matter to me are truly valuable. I was a bit apprehensive about coming (who likes the dentist?) but the staff at Brightworks made it feel such a pleasant experience. I’m grateful for the great explanation from my hygienist Saundra and Dr. Shurley, explaining in great detail my dental care/needs. Dr. DeRose has such gentle touch, part of my whole fear with the dentist. I was very impressed with the office, the look, the feel, the front office staff, they really truly have a good thing going there and would give them a 5 stars. It’s very important to me that I not just get my treatment done but also teaching me about dental care, prevention, this makes me feel that they truly care about the patient and helping them get better overall. Brightworks is an amazing experience from the second you walk in the door. Their beautiful ambiance is so calming and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and lovely to work with. And being able to sit back and watch any show on TV while doing you dental work is a great bonus!

They do a nice job on routine cleanings, but I feel like they are constantly trying to upsell on additional products or procedures. I moved to the area and switched to this practice 2 years ago. Since switching, I’ve been told and recommended products and treatments that I hadn’t been recommended in my 20+ years of going to a dentist prior to switching.

The office staff does a great job keeping everything clean to protect the staff and patients. The hygienist is absolutely the tops! She not only explained everything she did, but took the time to included the chart illustrating the probe depths. She gave excellent tips and was complimentary on my progress. I had the best experience at Brightworks Dentistry! They are taking all of the COVID precautions to make sure their patients—and staff— are safe. Evie took great care of me checking me in and getting me situated in the office. The dental hygienist, Bina, was so kind, patient and thorough as she explained my oral situation. Dr. Robbins was also so patient as she truly took the time to listen to my concerns and detail what plan of action will result in the best possible oral hygiene for me. If you want a staff who truly has the best interest of/care for their patients this is the place to go. Thank you Dr. Robbins and Brightworks!!

I love Brightworks dentistry. I’ve been using Dr. Robbins for 11 years and I wouldn’t use anyone else. Every time I walk in the office I feel like a celebrity and the environment is very family oriented. Recently Dr. Robbins recommended I get Invisalign to straighten my bottoms teeth. I’ve never had braces in my life, and I don’t particularly care about the cosmetic look of my teeth so I asked Dr. Robbins if the only reason to do it was to look better? She explained to me the value of getting it done and that it would increase the lifespan and health of my teeth, since they were rubbing against each other. Getting the Invisalign was super easy and they did a great job in a short period of time (14 weeks). I’m extremely happy with my decision, and I’m really glad I have a dentist I can trust to be honest with me when it comes to making the right decisions for my oral health. I highly recommended Brightworks, you won’t be disappointed if you give them a try.
Molly is the kindest, caring dental hygienist ever. I actually look forward to seeing her at every appointment. She is very helpful in her dental education questions. She never makes me feel that my question is silly. She smiles alot and I wish I could hug her, but we all know times are different these days. Thank you Molly for your professionalism in all you do! Best dentist office ever! I’ve been going to this dentist, off and on, since 2000. The only reason I leave is due to insurance changes but I always make my way back. The staff is friendly, the dental hygienists are always so gentle, knowledgeable and caring! The Doctors are the best, they know everything! LOL Even though my original dentist has retired she left us in good hands! These dentists are amazing!
I LOVED my experience at Brightworks Dentistry. Dr. Robbins and her staff makes you feel safe during your visit by taking your temp, and sanitizing when you first walk in. It was my first visit, therefor they spent extra time with me by taking my x-rays and cleaning my teeth. Dr. Robbins did a great job showing me and explaining why I had to get fillings and a night guard. Evie Reiter did an amazing job measuring me for my nightguard. Dr. Robbins did an amazing job filling my cavities. She was really gentle during the procedure. I highly recommend using Dr. Robbins as your Dentist!!
What a great experience from start to finish for me and my children. They were able to see all of us at the same time which was super convenient, but more importantly they took all possible covid precautions, every staff member was caring and friendly, and the communication before, during, and after our appointments was clear and concise. I wish we would have switched to Brightworks sooner!
I recently went in for a cleaning and check up at Brightworks. The hygienist, Molly, was very informative and gentle during the cleaning. I also really appreciate the advanced technology that was used to show problematic areas and what needs to be done to correct it. Since my first visit, I have also had a couple crowns done with Dr. Robbins. It was a pain free experience and I have total trust in her as my dental provider!

I absolutely LOVE Brightworks Dentistry. The practice has taken every imaginable precaution during COVID (pre-appointment screening, waiting in your vehicle when you arrive, temperature taken at arrival, disposable booties, plastic bag for your personal items, different entrance and exit doors). Dr. Robbins is just so caring and talented! My Dental Hygienist, Deb, has been with the practice for YEARS and does a wonderful job. She's gentle and thorough. The parking is FREE and plentiful, the administrative staff are helpful and welcoming. The Be Brilliant Club is awesome. They literally send birthday and holiday greetings to us! I’ve been coming here for 20 years and I am usually very anxious at the dentist but since it has become Brightworks the new dentists and updated equipment makes it’s a pleasure to come to the dentist now.
I had my first crown appointment this month. I felt very safe with all COVID initiatives. The professionals that worked on me were kind, attentive and made sure I was comfortable at all times. All in all a great experience.

This have always been a clean place. But, now (in the middle of this pandemic), it is very welcoming to enter this place. They have the temperature checks, foot slippers that all patients put on. All employees have on smocks over their clothing. The dental attendants wear a mask & a face shield. I felt very comfortable bringing my 2, 12 year olds here. A+...my kind of people! I like when precautionary measures are adhered to. That’s how I do things. 😊

I recently changed from my long time dentist in Buckhead to Dr. Patel at Brightworks as this office is much closer to home and work. So far I have had 2 appointments and have been very impressed. Deb, my hygienist, is very personable and does a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Patel is also very thorough and explains exactly what she is doing before proceeding. This dental office is very high tech and all of their equipment is clean and new. They are also very diligent about taking precautions due to COVID. My wife and two adult children are also patients at Brightworks and all of us have had positive experiences.

Brightworks Dentistry is hands down the best dentist office I have ever had the pleasure of being at. It starts from the moment someone answers the phone to help schedule you an appointment. Whoever answers the phone is always so happy and friendly but most of all sound like they love being at their job. I was in town visiting for the summer and wanted to get my Invisalign done. First Dr. Derose had to fill some cavities that I unfortunately had. If you ever need a cavity filled I would highly recommend him. He did them so fast and smooth without causing me any pain. Also if you get the pleasure of having Deborah as your dental hygienist you are in highly capable hands. Even though she was not my dental hygienist Deborah was instrumental in coordinating my Invisalign. Dr. Robbins made my Invisalign dreams come true. She is truly an amazing dentist. Dr. Patel is good too! She is very thorough in explaining any procedure, making sure that you’re fully aware of what to expect and providing options that suit your needs. I mean just as a whole team is awesome. They pretty much handle everything in the office so you can take care of most of your dental needs all in one place! They’re super convenient, very friendly, and reasonably priced. If you’re looking for a new dentist, I’d definitely give them a try!
My kids and I go to Brightworks Dentistry and really like it. Everyone is really nice and the place is really clean. My 10 year old needed a tooth pulled and they took time to explain what they were doing each step to calm his fears. It was a great experience and I highly recommend them for all ages!

I drive from Snellville because I love this practice so much. I was referred by my best friend. I HATE the dentist but they are so accommodating and understanding. Seriously, if you need a good dentist, you have to give them a shot because I’d drive three hours if I had to!

I went in today for my teeth cleaning, and it was a pleasant and friendly place to be. I’d had a filling in one of my teeth come out a couple of weeks ago, so since I was there, they worked me in! The dentist explained everything to me while doing it, and though this was my 1st time meeting him, I felt totally comfortable.

I was pleasantly surprised that it was an easy procedure. I’m having the other half done tomorrow, that’s how great I feel. I’m so happy that my friend and coworker referred me to Brightworks Dentistry! I had no wait time either, FYI.

Preface: I have had both amazing, gentle, wonderful dentists and awful dentists that were more interested in pushing Botox and cosmetic procedures instead of the health of my teeth and gums. Once you've had an experience or two with the latter, you become a bit nervous about dental visits.I recently moved to Atlanta and Dr. Nayee was recommended by a coworker (who I now owe a drink or something for the great rec). Fantastic experience. The office team and hygienists were friendly, professional and genuinely caring. Dr. Nayee has a very gentle manner, communicates exceptionally well through processes and even managed to make me laugh in the dentist chair; not someplace you normally find fun. No nerves, no anxiety, and thankfully, no botox recommendations (whew). I think I've found my permanent ATL dentistry office!

I was a new patient there, recently moved to the Atlanta area, and this office was probably one of the best I’ve been to. I hadn’t had a teeth cleaning in about 2 years so I was a little nervous but they were very non-judgmental and helpful. Their customer service was amazing, and they literally explained everything before doing anything. They also didn’t use any crazy dentist language when explaining things, so it was really easy to understand. 🙂
