“I love my patients!” For 20 years, Amy has enjoyed providing patients with gentle, high-quality care. She possesses an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene.
During the spring and summer, Amy and her husband, Philip, spend weekends at the lake with family and friends. They enjoy boat rides, relaxing porch time, and trips to the beach and mountains.
Courtney

Being able to provide an excellent experience in a comfortable and caring environment is gratifying for Courtney. “I am proud to be a part of a team that puts patient experience first allowing everyone to leave smiling!”
While seeing patients, she loves educating them about the benefits of oral hygiene and overall health. She is passionate about working together with her patients to create healthy smiles they are proud of. To prepare for her career as a dental hygienist, Courtney graduated cum laude from Clayton State University with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. When she’s not at the practice, Courtney loves being outdoors with her husband and two dogs. She and her husband love to travel, especially to tropical islands where they spend a lot of time scuba diving and snorkeling.
Carla
Dental Assistant, Downtown Atlanta, Team
As a dental assistant, Carla is steadfastly committed to providing patients with the highest quality of care. She attended dental school at the National Education Center’s Bryman Campus in Atlanta.
Carla enjoys her job tremendously. “I can go home at the end of the day, or for the weekend or even go on a vacation, and completely relax. In my position, I have the luxury of not having to constantly check emails or worry about paperwork piling up. This makes me a happy and productive worker ready to do it all over again.”
When she’s not caring for our patients’ oral health needs, Carla stays active as a mom of a Girl Scout. She also attends church services and enjoys socializing with friends.
Frona
Downtown Atlanta, New Patient Coordinator, Team
One of the many smiling faces you’ll see at the office, Frona comes to the practice with over 27 years of dental experience. She started out as an orthodontic assistant and moved to the business side as a new patient coordinator. Her passion for making all patients feel comfortable and welcome is evident. Outside of the practice, Frona enjoys spending time with her family including her husband, son, daughter and most recently a granddaughter. Their family also includes a fur baby, their Weimaraner Krank. Some of her favorite activities include cooking, traveling and shopping at Hobby Lobby®.
Monica
Downtown Atlanta, Team, Treatment Coordinator
For Monica, the most fulfilling part of working at the practice is helping patients get the healthy smile that they desire. She also finds it gratifying to help those patients who have a genuine fear of the dental office overcome those fears. “I feel accomplished when we make a patient feel like they’re part of the family.”
In 2010, Monica graduated from United Educational Institute (UEI) as a certified dental assistant. While enrolled in the course she also received training in insurance plans so she can review treatment plans with patients. She enjoys being able to help our patients understand their plan and maximize their benefits for the year.
When she’s not working, Monica enjoys traveling, shopping, going to the movies or dinner, or just hanging out with friends and family.
Dr. Robert Cudia

Dr. Robert Cudia is the founding clinician and senior dentist at Brightworks Dentistry – Downtown Atlanta, providing comprehensive dental care to the downtown Atlanta community since 1992. With more than three decades of hands-on clinical experience, he has built a reputation for steady clinical judgment, conservative treatment planning, and the kind of long-term patient relationships that span multiple generations.

Dr. Cudia earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University. His training provided a thorough foundation in combining the art and science of high-quality dental care — skills he has continued to refine through decades of practice and ongoing continuing education in general and cosmetic dentistry.

Dr. Cudia’s clinical strengths include comprehensive general dentistry, preventive and restorative care, long-term treatment planning, and patient communication and education. Dr. Evie Reiter

Dr. Evie Reiter is a comprehensive general dentist at Brightworks Dentistry – Downtown Atlanta with a strong foundation in patient-centered care, digital dentistry, and thoughtful treatment planning. A Dunwoody native and proud University of Georgia alumna, she returned to the Atlanta area to serve the community she calls home — bringing a unique blend of clinical training, academic research experience, and a genuine passion for helping patients feel informed and confident in their care.
Education and Training
Dr. Reiter earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the Dental College of Georgia at Augusta University. She completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Biology through the Honors Program. Her academic achievements include Dean’s List recognition throughout her undergraduate years, the Zell Miller Scholarship, and most recently, the prestigious Thomas Hinman Scholarship — awarded to dental students who demonstrate exceptional promise and commitment to the profession.
Clinical Background and Experience
Before dental school, Dr. Reiter gained extensive hands-on experience in clinical operations at Brightworks Dentistry, where she served as Lead Dental Assistant, Director of Operations, and Head of Treatment Reactivation. These roles provided deep insight into patient communication, treatment coordination, and the systems that support high-quality, consistent care — perspective she now applies as a clinician.
Her dental education included clinical rotations in pediatric dentistry, exposure to advanced cosmetic procedures and full-mouth rehabilitation, and experience with digital workflows including iTero scanning and CEREC same-day restorations. Dr. Reiter also served as a contributing researcher on peer-reviewed publications focused on accessibility and support systems for students with learning differences in STEM fields.

Dr. Reiter’s clinical interests include comprehensive general dentistry, preventive and restorative care, pediatric and family dentistry, patient education, digital dentistry and modern clinical workflows, and conservative, evidence-based treatment planning. Dr. Reiter is committed to giving back to the community. She has volunteered with Equality Clinic of Augusta, Clínica Latina, Barnyard Flea Market Dental Clinic, and Golden Harvest Food Bank. She also served as a mentor to pre-dental students throughout her dental education, helping guide the next generation of dental professionals.
Outside the Office
When she’s not caring for patients, Dr. Reiter enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, Pilates, and spending time outdoors with her husband and two Havanese dogs. She values time with family and friends and remains deeply connected to the Atlanta community she’s proud to call home.
